I Want To Lose Weight

For my dinner today, I prepare spinach salad with fruit and blue cheese. I combine the spinach, pear, raspberries and blue cheese. Then whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, mustard and pepper in a small bowl. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently until the ingredients are mix together.
