Remembrance Day

Today, November 11 is the remembrance day in Canada. Every year Canadians pause in a silent moment of remembrance for the men and women who have served and continue to serve our country Canada during the time of war. During the conflict, veterans gave their lives and future so that all the people live in peace. That's why all the people in Canada gave honour to those veterans who fought for Canada in the First World War last 1914 to 1918. Followed by the Second World War last 1939 to 1945 and the Korean War last 1950 to 1953 and also to those who have served since then. More than 1,500,000 Canadians have served our country and more than 100,000 have died. They are a heroes, they died for the people and for the country.
