Red Tulips

I love this picture of mine but sad to see I close my eyes here. I love the red tulip near me and the yellow tulip infront of me. I feel that I'm in paradise surrounded with beautiful lovely flowers. I wish I have magic and let my eyes open it to make my picture so beautiful. The view is really nice so awesome and I look so young here.

Wow! I love the ice cream, so delicious. A picture was taken at dairy ice cream here in our place after visited our awesome riverside park. The weather was so nice and we decided to ate ice cream here. Me, my sister and my niece were so happy to be here.

Binangkal (Sesame Seed Doughnuts)

Ingredients:

4 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/4 cup evaporated milk
Vegetable oil
White sesame seeds, roasted

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and baking soda. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture. Combine eggs and vanilla; pour into the center of flour mixture. Stir in the evaporated milk and mix until dough is thick and sticky. Dampen hands with vegetable oil and shape dough into 1/2-inch balls; roll in sesame seeds. Heat oil to 325°F and deep fry until golden brown; drain. Makes 2 1/2 dozen balls.

My First Sugarbush Ride.

My very first time to ride a sugarbush at Elmira Maple Syrup festival. The experienced was so fantastic and I love the adventure. The weather was warm, so nice and very inviting day. Lots of people were walking in the street to witness the different activities.

A memorable Elmira Maple Syrup Festival yesterday April 5, 2008. This celebration builds and strengthens community spirit through the involvement of a large number of area residents in the planning and operation of a one day festival. Participation in a fun filled day supported by 2000+ volunteers raises funds to support local charities and non-profit organizations. Started since 1965, the Festival continues to promote the community, surrounding areas and local maple syrup producers. this festival continue to grows every year by the help of the people.

Caramel Apples

This picture of caramel apple was taken during the Elmira maple syrup festival last April 5, 2008. It was a great tradition of all Elmira's to see, taste, enjoy and experienced the worlds biggest syrup festival. We can see lots of vendors selling syrups and many different kinds of traditional foods in the street. The weather is so good and everybody enjoy the great experienced.
