Be Smart

As the saying goes, you are what you eat. We become obese if we eat and eat without limit. It is not good for our body. It’s like we kill our body little by little. Be smart in selecting the foods you eat. Make sure that you eat the right foods. Fruits and vegetables are recommended to all of us. We gain more energy by eating nutritious foods, stay healthy and active. It is good for our body and makes our life lives longer.
