Grilled Bocconcini Skewers

Grilled bocconcini skewers is a great try of me. I got this recipe from the magazine I read last month. I already tried this two times and I love it. The ingredients and directions are the following. First we need 4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, 1 tbsp capers, chopped, 2 tsp French Dijon mustard, 2 tsp lemon juice, 3 anchovy fillets, chopped, 1/4 baguette loaf and i tub tre stelle bocconcini cheese. Then you have to combine the extra virgin olive oil, parsley, capers, dijon, lemon juice and anchovies. Slice baquette into 20 thin slices and 8 boccocini cheese balls into 16 halves. Thread 5 slices of bread and 4 pieces of cheese on each skewer, alternating each, beginning and ending with bread. Grill skewers, turning often, until bread is toasted and cheese begins to melt in 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from the grill, drizzle with anchovy sauce and serve to the family.
