To live in a healthy life we need to follow the good advices of our parents, doctors and the people around you. We need to eat three healthy meals everyday with snacks in between. Avoid fatty foods and oils. Reduce consumption foods with refined sugar and high fat dairy because excess carbohydrates will be stored as fat in our body. That's one reason why we get fats. Eat more on dark green leafy vegetables, fruits, legumes and whole grains. Carrots, grapes, apples, pineapple the best example of good foods. Drink a lot of water, juice or milk. This will keep bowels moist. Give at least 30 or more minutes of time to exercise everyday. Get sufficient rest and sleep at least 7 to 8 hours a day.
