Hi good morning to everyone. Weather was perfect yesterday so my brother and I decided to visit the park. A simple post taken at Riverside park. Tulips were gone already and they replace it with a very nice flowering plants. Behind me you can see flowers that starts to bloom.

Wow! I love the ice cream, so delicious. A picture was taken at dairy ice cream here in our place after visited our awesome riverside park. The weather was so nice and we decided to ate ice cream here. Me, my sister and my niece were so happy to be here.

Grilled Bocconcini Skewers

Grilled bocconcini skewers is a great try of me. I got this recipe from the magazine I read last month. I already tried this two times and I love it. The ingredients and directions are the following. First we need 4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, 1 tbsp capers, chopped, 2 tsp French Dijon mustard, 2 tsp lemon juice, 3 anchovy fillets, chopped, 1/4 baguette loaf and i tub tre stelle bocconcini cheese. Then you have to combine the extra virgin olive oil, parsley, capers, dijon, lemon juice and anchovies. Slice baquette into 20 thin slices and 8 boccocini cheese balls into 16 halves. Thread 5 slices of bread and 4 pieces of cheese on each skewer, alternating each, beginning and ending with bread. Grill skewers, turning often, until bread is toasted and cheese begins to melt in 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from the grill, drizzle with anchovy sauce and serve to the family.

The last thing to do is to blog, visit my facebook before I sleep.
