Healthy Foods Only

Losing weight is needed for me. I gain more weight this time and I really don't like it especially that I am short. Not good to me and of course to my health. I think I need to change my food habits. I need to stop eating delicious foods or maybe I will stop cooking many foods. I will only cook less and eat less if I can. Healthy foods only and no more fatty foods.
