Healthy Lifestyle

Life is to short and that's why we need to take good care of ourselves. Even if it is hard for us to maintain a healthy diet but we need to do it to stay healthy and active all day. Remember we only live once so always follow the advice of your doctor. Eat smaller amount of lean meats. Please do not eat too much. If you can take off the skin of poultry before you cook, please do it. Instead of frying, it is better to just bake or steam. Just use milk in your tea or coffee. If you can minimize your coffee. If you can avoid the french fries or donuts, much better. In over all summary, fruits and vegetables are the best.
