I tried my best to eat healthy foods only but sometimes I miss those foods that can make me fat. It is really hard to control my diet especially if I work day shift. I love eating at work during break time. Honestly, sometimes I can't control myself and I eat a lot. But the next day, I will eat less again. Summer is soon to come and I know there are many foods everywhere and prepare by friends and relatives. Hope I can still have my diet and focus to reduce weight.
