My Two Years Review At Work

1. What aspects of your work do you consider a source of satisfaction? Even though my work has gone to more automated this year due to the robotics, I still feel that the level of satisfaction needs more attention due to the fact – just because it’s automated does not guaranty perfection and I don’t want to be lacking just because of it. If there is a problem I need to fix my machines and robots, ask help from the set up or supervisor if needed. It is also important to do the ODS, check my parts every hour and offset the machine to make good quality camshaft parts.

2. What aspects of your work do you consider a source of dissatisfaction? Like what I stated last year, my machine being DOWN means NO production from myself which affects our numbers. Any machines that are down generate more work for everyone else the inconsistency to which management dislikes.

3. Is there any training that could enhance your performance and job satisfaction? Training is of course a positive way to enhance or approve someone’s performance. I’m ALL for more training, a mind is a terrible thing to waste if you don’t learn or stimulate. It will develop boredom and cause dissatisfaction toward my work.

Additional Comments:

I am very thankful for my job, I love it. I feel the sense of accomplishment when I have completed my shift and have given an honest days work to the best of my abilities. I feel that working for this company has given me the enhancements in my life and I'm so thankful to my supervisor, general supervisor, HR and to all who give me this opportunities.  I am proud to say that I am so lucky to have an excellent supervisor that always ready to give a helping hand. I will continue to work hard and strive to better myself with the company to attain my goal.
